Our marketing team seeks a goal-driven research and data professional to produce actionable business insights through analytics & primary research.
We need an individual who will go the extra mile to develop deep understanding & drive strategic and tactical planning.

Develop & implement programs & projects to answer key business questions, using data analytics, surveys, focus groups, secondary research & collaboration.
Identifying overall business goals & break them down into research goals.
Applying research & critical thinking to solve business needs.
Gathering research & data from multiple sources, analyzing to reveal actionable insights.
Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans, contingency plans & budgets by questioning status quo.
Developing detailed reports & dashboards.
Managing research/data platforms & vendors.
Post-secondary education, preferably in Marketing, Business, Psychology, IT or similar.
Minimum two years of relative work experience.
Primary research, secondary research, data analytics & competitive intelligence knowledge.
Building rapport, assessing client needs, manage expectations & provide recommendations.
Build relationships through strong communication, active listening & emotional intelligence.
Strong project management skills, ability to produce detailed work, with high level of accuracy & demonstrate excellent time & stress management skills.
Experience with data platforms such as Power BI, SQL, AWS, etc. is an asset.
