Have you been considering a career change to be part of something meaningful and transformative?  We have an incredible opportunity for an HR Consultant, Employee Relations to be part of the SGI Human Resources team.
  
SGI's Human Resources team is currently searching for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join us in either Saskatoon or Regina, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing research, analysis, advice, assistance and support for the performance management, progressive discipline, and grievance/arbitration processes for employees for SGI.

As a Consultant, you will provide day-day advice and assist management on the interpretation and administration of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), negotiate resolutions, write directionary/disciplinary letters, and conduct research and analysis on labour relations and collective bargaining issues.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited in a field such as Business. Candidates should have at least five years' experience in employee relations. A CPHR designation will be considered an asset.  Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
