We are looking for an Oven Operator who is motivated, show attention to detail, and are willing to Learn!  This individual will be responsible for efficiently producing quality parts by operating plastic molding equipment, trimming plastic parts, fabricating components and assembling product.

Wage: $19.00 - $32.00

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, hard-working and a team player! This individual will be responsible for efficiently producing quality parts by operating plastic molding equipment, trimming plastic parts, fabricating components and assembling product.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manufacture molded parts as per the work order and drawings.
- Complete quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot defects and take corrective action
- Perform tooling set up and tear down as needed

Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Experience with blueprint reading
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to perform repetitive work
- Willing to do shift work

Experience is an asset but NOT required! Training will be provided.
