Humboldt Home Hardware is seeking to fill the Full-Time Assistant Store Manager position.
The candidate would have 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail environment, within the same industry would be ideal. This position would assist the Store Manager with coaching, and motivating team members to help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate would possess analytical skills, have a great attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, supervisory and time management skills.
Some of the job requirements would be:
Recruitment and training staff
Staff scheduling
Weekly orders and claims
Maintenance of Point of Sale system
Directing staff in merchandising
Maintaining all promo flyers
Review of all daily reports
Fill in on cash, paint, flooring and receiving
Resolve customer complaints when necessary
