Perfect Work/Life Balance!The Lloydminster Learning Council Association is currently seeking an Executive Director. The perfect candidate will be outgoing, authentic, warm, and inspiring. If you are an enthusiastic, competent leader ready to collaboratively shape the direction of the Lloydminster Learning Council Association (LLCA) according to the plans and policies established by the LLCA Board of Directors, we are waiting to hear from you!

28 hours/week Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Competitive salary plus staff benefits package, paid training opportunities,July and August off with pay,and leadership recognition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise a small team of permanent staff members, along with contract instructors, practicum students, and temporary staff.
Develop and implement the administration of all services, programs, and budgets
Is responsible for all personnel, day to day operational and financial activities
Prepare and submit grant applications for programs, services, and supporting infrastructure
Maintain awareness of adult learning needs in the Lloydminster region
Assist other community organizations with the achievement of educational objectives by offering programming advice and assistance with services such as advertising, registration and course facilitation.
Conduct and maintain professional relationships with learners, government bodies, Council members, communities, funding agencies, the press, and the general public for the purpose of communicating the LLCA and its role in the region. Effectively represent the LLCA in matters related to operations through direct contact with the general public.

Must present proof of a Criminal Record Check and must be eligible for bonding.
