Description

The Health Director must have knowledge of the health and wellness challenges opportunities specific to to the MLCN community. He/She must provide leadership to develop culturally relevent, safe, effective and appropriate community health programs and services that will meet the specific health needs of the Montreal Lake Cree Nation. The main role of this position is to provide leadership using all resources within our health team and continue to develop, initiate, and review the William Charles Health Center program plan objectives, guidelines, procedures, and policies.
