JOB DESCRIPTION Grant Hall Hotel is seeking an outgoing, responsible, reliable person to support our front desk team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- taking reservations over the phone and at the counter- room allocations- Handling of reservations charges cash, credit card, debit card help to other job tasks assignment by the manager, including marketing & promotions, room reports,  preparing breakfast bags, light cleaning.
Shift work is required both on weekdays and weekends.

Previous hotel practice would be a benefit. Must possess basic computer expertise ( MS Excel, Word, Office, Internet savvy), good at social media.
Job Types: Part-time/ Full time
Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift/ night shift Holidays/ Weekends
SHIFTS WILL INCLUDE WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY DAY OF THE WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS
