A Little About You
Your cover letter must demonstrate:
Your approach to collaboration with both internal and external groups

Your resume should show us:
A.Sc.T. or C.Tech. designation or diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
Construction inspection experience
5+ years practical design and construction experience in municipal engineering including roads, drainage, water distribution, sewer, and utilities design
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
Drafting experience


A Little More About the Role
Working in collaboration principally with staff in our Saskatoon and Calgary offices, but exposed to all other ISL offices, this role will be responsible for:
Construction inspection and administration in the spring through fall
Completion of drafting for municipal engineering including roadways, water distribution, wastewater collection, and storm water management using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, principally in the winter months
Consistently applying drafting standards and policies
Performing design calculations and analysis
Preparation of tender documents including specifications, cost estimating, and special provisions
Collaboration on projects both locally and across ISL disciplines and offices
