The Organization:

Founded in 1955 as the Lutheran Sunset Home of Saskatoon, LutherCare Communities provides excellence in care, housing, and community services within a nurturing Christian environment.

The Position:

Continuing Care Aids provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

The Applicant:

- Basic computer skills, where required by the job
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good attendance required

Requirements:

- Continuing Care Assistant certificate
- TLR Client Moving Training
- Professional Assault Response Training (PART) or Gentle Persuasive Training
- WHMIS 2015
- Food Safe Training
