Job Description
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for management of sales quotations. This includes creation, submission and follow up of quotations. Reporting to the General Manager the CSR is an independent worker with astute organizational skills. The CSR is a company ambassador educating clients in fire protection and promoting reliable customer service. If this sounds interesting to you, we want to hear from you!
Fire protection equipment background is preferred but not required. We will train an eager CSR in our systems and services.
Job Duties
Interpret information received from deficiencies and/or new sales into standardized quotes
Submit quotations for Management approval
Submit approved quotations to customers
Follow up quotations with customers
Report on progress in Sales meetings
General administrative duties
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Positive and outgoing attitude
Bonus Skills
Skills in software we use is a bonus but we are happy to training anyone with the right attitude to learn!
Knowledge of the Fire Protection industry
Salesforce experience
Sage 50 experience
