Description

Samaritan Place is a Catholic faith-based special care home, owned by Emmanuel Health. Samaritan Place is proud to serve the health needs of Saskatoon and surrounding communities.  

Reporting to the Executive Director of St. Anns Senior Citizens Village, Samaritan Place and the Hospice at Glengarda, the Site Lead will be accountable for leadership of this mission-driven organization and will have the authority, and be responsible, for the day to day management of Samaritan Place and the services and programs it operates, including ensuring their effective and efficient operation.

The Site Lead manages and operates the organization in conformity with the Health Ethics Guide as approved by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops and provides leadership to ensure the mission, vision and values are integrated within Samaritan Place. The Site Lead will have a clear mandate to lead and manage change aimed at delivering excellence in health care services within the functions and programs of Samaritan place.  The Site Lead provides leadership for Emmanuel Health initiatives, as delegated by the Executive Director.
