What you'll do
- Focus on quality of member experience by aligning sales targets, cross-selling and driving employee engagement
- Deliver member-centric sales coaching and serve as development resource for employees at the location
- Look after day-to-day operations of the advice centre
- Manage change within the department, advice centre and the credit union
- Ensure adherence to Risk & Compliance strategies
- Monitor performance of the team, ensuring effectiveness through cost, volume, service and sales tracking and benchmarking
- Advance the well-being of real people while deepening current member relationships and recruiting new members

What you've got
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field plus 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lead, engage and coach employees, set clear expectations and hold team accountable
- Experience in making product and service recommendations and referrals
- Advanced knowledge of Affinitys products and services
- Advanced digital literacy across a broad range of digital channels and devices
