A Listings Specialist works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence by working closely with our Partners, our Listings products, and our fulfillment services.
Responsibilities
Work with Vendastas partners to bolster their business by providing fulfillment services to their small-medium sized business clients.
Work with local businesses to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
Create, claim, and adjust listings on a variety of online sources
Create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
Track all completed and pending work within Vendastas task management platform
Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients
Coordinate feedback from partners on product suggestions
Provide cross functional assistance to other departments within Marketing Services as required (training will be provided)
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years experience in customer service
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Digital marketing experience for local business
Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Base understanding of online listing sources (Google, Bing, Yelp).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Availability to work evenings considered an asset, although not required
Bilingual (French/English) considered asset
