Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include:
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Provide Legendary pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point-of-sale system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
-Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
-Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience
-Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times
-Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system, pumps, propane and car wash
-Order, receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader
-Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports
-Supervise the service team and perform opening and closing procedures as assigned
-Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

-You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
-You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
-You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification
