The Rural Municipality of Lake Lenore No. 399 is currently accepting applications to fill an upcoming vacancy for an Administrator.
The RM of Lake Lenore has a population of 587 and rooted in agriculture with lots of residential development happening. The municipality is nine townships in size and encompasses the urban municipality of St. Brieux, where the RM municipal office is located.
Being supported by a part-time office assistant and working closely with the Reeve and Council, you will be responsible for managing the constantly changing and increasingly complex day-to-day affairs of a thriving rural municipality.
Administrator applicants must have the following qualifications:
Certificate in Local Government Administration or equivalent
Rural Class C certificate or higher
Experience with MuniSoft software including the Tax Roll, Hail, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and PubWorks programs
Strong communication, management, organizational, and inter-personal skills
Residential, agricultural, and commercial development experience
Experience with financial planning and asset management
