Job Description: The Clinical Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, is primarily accountable for the system navigation and coordination of patient flow on the nursing unit. This is achieved by the Coordinator having an on-going awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.

NOTE: This is a Provincial Posting and is open to all SUN members within the bargaining unit as per Articles 27.02 and 27.05 of the SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement. First preference will be given to employees of the SKHA (Saskatoon) and its affiliated agencies.

Geographic Location: Located approximately 190 kms outside of Saskatoon
Expected Start Date: May 10, 2021
Expected Up To Date: December 31, 2021
FTE: 0.50

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
In a 6 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
