Pioneer Co-op is a retail Co-operative. In fact, they are the largest retail co-op employer in the southwest. With a wide variety of products and services, including grocery items, a pharmacy, family fashions, home centre, plumbing department, tire and repair shop, service stations, agro, agronomy and 12 branch locations, they offer almost anything a person could ask for. Their wide variety of products and services make them a staple in the community. Their customers feel at home shopping at Pioneer Co-op, which has played a large part in their success over the past 70 years.

Pioneer Co-op has approximately 360 employees. However, the Co-op retailing system, which spans from Manitoba all the way to B.C., employs approximately 16,000 employees at any one given time.
