ISM is seeking an Applications Consultant (Lead Developer) with Java or C# expertise to guide our team in custom app and platform-based development. The ideal candidate will manage diverse projects, drive innovation, and mentor developers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

The position coordinates and administers the planning, budgeting, organizing, development, control and implementation of assigned projects and acts as a consultant to other technical staff. The position is responsible for all aspects of highly complex assigned projects and applications, including business analysis undertaken with customers. The position is expected to exhibit original approaches to solve complex and often specialized system development problems.

The Applications Consultant (Lead Developer) will be responsible for training and supervision of less experienced staff and for the effective leadership of project teams and/or a recognized expert in one or more IT disciplines. There would be a clear understanding of customer requirements, with the position designing and implementing programs to meet customer needs.
