We are currently seeking a casual Shop Assistant to join our team. If you are somebody who is retired or semi-retired or looking for something flexible to do on the side, this may be a great gig for you!

Responsibilities:
- performing or arranging vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for our mitigation and reconstruction crews (fuelling up, washing, cleaning, etc)
- disinfecting, cleaning, organizing tools and equipment as needed
- picking up, receiving, organizing supplies and maintaining inventory as needed
- other general shop duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a bonus
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- commitment to safety protocols and industry best practices
- must complete a criminal record check

Wage is negotiable
