The Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association serves, protects and advances the interests of the Saskatchewan cattle industry. Were a 600 member-based association that is seeking an Accounting/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small office, maintaining all accounting records as well as managing programs, events and services for all aspects of the Association.

Primary Responsibilities:
Full accounting cycle in Sage include but not limited to:
-Accounts Payables / Receivable
-Payroll & Invoicing
-Month End Reporting
-GST, PST and Payroll Remittances
-T4's and T4 Summaries
-Bank Reconciliations
-Year End Preparation
-WCB Administration
-Prepare bank deposits
-Creating letters, faxes and memos
-Other administrative functions as required

Qualifications:
-University degree  or diploma in accounting, administration, or agriculture are ideal
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting
-Experience in acquiring grants or other financial support
-A valid drivers license is required
-Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
