Description

The Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is a progressive not-for-profit mid-sized NGO museum located in Regina. The SSHF is proud to be a truly accessible attraction in the provinces capital. Our donation-by-admission structure, proximity to bus stops, and interactive exhibits that can adapt to a variety of needs, allow children and families from all backgrounds and abilities to learn about the benefits of sport.

Our Creating Active Champions facilitated summer program provides children and their caretakers with fun, affordable opportunities for activity and learning.

The focus of the program is to let the participants excel at their own pace while building self-esteem and positive mental health as they learn through play, experience the joy of having fun and make new friends. After the program is completed, participants will have increased physical literacy and leave with low- to no-cost ways to stay active and have fun while also learning a little about the great sport history of Saskatchewan.

The SSHF is looking for energetic, outgoing applicants to deliver and facilitate this program.
