The HR Specialist is responsible for implementing HR policies, practices and programs which contribute to meeting the HR outcomes of BRT6HC.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Responsible for administering the recruitment and selection strategy for the organization.
* Administering the group insurance benefits, and group pension plans.
* Work closely with agencies, employees and supervisors related to any duty to accommodate or Return to work arrangements.
* Responsible for resolving grievances, labour relation disputes, and conducting workplace investigations.
* Supports the research, analysis and tracking of HR metrics, key indicators, and reporting HR outcomes through the human resource system, monitoring new hires and terminations, evaluating exit interviews, etc.
* Conduct regular reviews on employment standards and OH&S legislation to ensure BRT6HC is current and meeting legal requirements.
* Searches for HR related training and learning development options for employees and supervisors.
